4 Months

So Blaire turned 4 months old on Saturday. Time sure has flown by and I feel so blessed for every minute of it. Before we headed to the doctor today I wanted to snap a few photos and only ended up with one. She didn't want to cooperate today.



Dr Garrett said today she was right on target with all her motor skills, height and head circumference. She is only 11pds 2 oz, but is 25 inches long. She said she wasn't too concerned about the weight but thought the half breast milk/half good start would help her fatten up. Since I started the combo she has almost gained a pound.

We also started rice cereal a few days ago and she actually loves it even though in a few pictures we took she was crying. haha!





Blaire also rolled over for the first time last week. As of now were still in size 1 diapers, but this will be the last box of those, eating 4-5 ounces of milk and sleeping from 7:30 to around 4-5 in the morning. She is shaking a rattle, cooing and smiling all the time.

This past Saturday Brian, Blaire and I went Christmas tree shopping. Blaire got a tree but no tree for me yet. I got her a really cute white tinsel tree and going to put pink, purple and turquoise ornaments. I also ordered her a couple special ornaments today. Every year I am going to buy a couple more so that she will have them for her own tree one day.





I also ordered Blaire's Christmas stocking and first Christmas ornament from Pottery Barn Kids. I really hope they turn out like the photos online.




I really wanted something to remember her hand prints by and thought this was such a cute idea. I going to find some really cute holiday ribbon to string through it. I also loved that Ballerina stocking when I saw it. I wanted to order them weeks ago and waited then ended up getting free shipping on them.

Hope everyone has a great week. My Nannie is coming down on Wednesday for the night and can't wait to see her.
